Ian Cox joined the building industry in the early 1990's and has been involved in various marketing and consultancy roles until the establishment of LandPro Project Marketing and LandPro Real Estate in 1999 with his wife, Trish. Ian obtained a Real Estate Agents License that year.

In 2000 these businesses were combined to form LandPro Real Estate Pty Ltd, who obtained a Corporation Licence and expanded it's services Sydney wide to include acquisition of land for subdivision, project feasibility analysis, development planning and approval, development construction management and project marketing, all in cooperation with a number of independent industry professionals whose expertise is combined to form a cohesive team.

In 2003 the business had expanded to a point where a company restructure lead to LandPro Corporation Pty Ltd being registered and trades not only in it's own right, but also as Landpro Developments and LandPro Real Estate.
